The Corona crisis has accelerated the transformation of the world of work and almost all companies are faced with the question of where their employees will work in the future and how the cooperation should take place. It is not just about moving workplaces from the company headquarters to the employees' apartments, but also about reorganizing work.
The HRSZ was happy to present Ms. Karin Frick, Swiss trend and future researcher, Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) as a speaker for the «HRSZ Autumn Event» on November 23, 2021 on the topic: Work of the future - HR?. Since her studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Karin Frick has been involved in various functions with future topics, social change, innovation and changes in people and markets. She worked as chief editor of the renowned magazine «GDI Impuls» and as managing director of the Swiss Association for Future Research (swissfuture).
The presentation «10 theses on the future of work and the consequences for HR» gives an overview of the most important trends in the new world of work. We are at the beginning of the biggest experiment with new forms of work that have been talked about for a long time, but which have so far never been tested on a large scale. HR is virtually becoming a test leader for new forms of work.
