Schnopp & Partner AG is a second generation Swiss Executive Search Boutique. As a nationally anchored company, we focus on demanding national and international searches for executives and specialists. We have many years of experience in successfully filling key positions at various levels and provide qualified consulting services (including coaching, recruitment process outsourcing etc.) for demanding clients. As a partner of the Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group, a global network with more than 50 partners in 30 countries, we can offer cross-national searches for our clients. We are therefore able to combine a local approach with a global perspective.

I grew up in the canton of Zurich in the rural and, as the name suggests, extremely scenic Schönenberg - a neighboring village to the Zug community of Menzingen. I completed my commercial apprenticeship in an international industrial company in the canton of Graubünden. Afterwards I switched to auditing and was able to gain first experiences in auditing and auditing. Afterwards I worked in the semiconductor sector as well as in the insurance and banking industry. Later, I studied business administration in Zurich and at the University of San Diego in California. In 2010 I decided to join the family business (Schnopp & Partner AG).
