Michael Schnopp introduces himself

I am very pleased to announce, that starting in March 2018, I will be a member of the HR Services Zug and be able to actively contribute to various HR topics in the future!

My name is Michael Schnopp. I grew up in scenic Schönenberg, a part of the canton of Zurich. It is a neighboring village of the Zug municipality, Menzingen. I completed my commercial apprenticeship in an international industrial company in the canton of Graubünden. Following that, I switched to auditing and was allowed to gain initial experience in auditing and revision. Afterwards I worked in the semiconductor as well as in the insurance and banking industry. Later on, studying Business Economics in Zurich as well as at the University of San Diego, California and in 2010 I decided to join the family business (Schnopp & Partner).

The Schnopp & Partner – legally: MLS Dr. Max Schnopp Corp. – is a second generation Swiss Executive Search Boutique. As a nationally anchored company, we mainly carry out demanding national and international searches for managers and specialists. We have many years of experience in successfully filling key positions at different levels and providing qualified consulting services (including coaching, recruitment process outsourcing etc.) for demanding customers. As a member of the Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group, a global network of over 50 partners in 30 countries, we are able to provide cross-national searches for our clients. We are thus able to link a local approach with a global perspective.
