We did it! I've arrived at my destination. I stand at 2819 m.a.s.l. on the Piz Val Gronda. The long, arduous ascent in beautiful autumn weather was worth it. The view of the surrounding mountains is enormous.
I was born in Obersaxen in 1981 and spent my childhood and youth in the mountains. They shaped me. With skiing, ski - and mountain tours I experienced unforgettable experiences with my parents and my brother.
I learned skiing at an early age and with hard training, diligence, discipline and ambition I practiced for many years as a top athlete. In order to be able to train optimally in Obersaxen, I completed a chef's apprenticeship. During this time, after many successes in ski racing, I learned to cope with setbacks and failures. Unfortunately, injuries forced me to give up the goal of a skiing career.
Now it was time for me to choose a new path to the summit. I decided to graduate from the hotel management school in Zurich.
Since 2008 I have been working for the personnel service provider Adecco Human Resources AG. In 2012 I was promoted to branch manager in Zug. During this time, I trained as a Swiss certified personnel specialist.
I learned a lot from this time as a lone fighter in ski racing. Now I am responsible for a team. It is important for my team to perform high quality work. We can only succeed if we pull together.
I am now a member of HR Services Zug and look forward to getting to know you personally and supporting you in recruiting personnel. I am convinced that our products and services will be of great benefit to you.
Together we will reach the summit faster.
