The Joker for HR Management

It is great to be part of the HR Services train community now. As a new member of HR Services Zug I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself here.

As HR Generalist I am flexible and versatile. I offer 20 years of experience in HR, operational, strategic, international and project work. I gained this experience as HR Business Partner and Head of Human Resources with employers in the service and industrial sector in Switzerland and Germany on the basis of a social science degree with a focus on labour policy and management. I enjoyed working in an international environment for over 10 years and I am used to working in German and English .

The appeal of daring to try something new was the decisive factor for my decision to become self-employed. In 2015 I founded Onsight as a service company for HR Interim Management and HR Outsourcing solutions. Exciting mandates in HR projects, bridging vacancies, recruiting and as a partner for outsourcing solutions have never made me regret this step.

In addition to my company mandates, I support job seekers in their reorientation on the job market.

I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family. I enjoy being out in nature together, climbing mountain peaks or simply relaxing at the lake. My love of travel always leads me to other countries. As an epicurean I also appreciate a good meal in a cosy atmosphere.
