LinkedIn training for HRSZ
Confident in dealing with LinkedIn
In March 2023, the HRSZ members were able to take part in a very interesting training course on the use of LinkedIn.
Social media is a topic that concerns almost all of us privately and/or professionally. Regardless of whether you like them or not, they are there and used a lot. They have also long since found their place in the professional world and are now indispensable in some professions. Jobs are advertised, professional contacts are made, know-how is exchanged, services and products are presented and much more. One of these social media used for professional aspects, is LinkedIn. With its 3.8 million users in Switzerland (as of Dec. 2022), it is one of the most used social media for professional contacts. It has become an important tool for the HR and recruiting industry to find the right talents and specialists.
Vincenzo Picone Head Recruiting IT & Finance at the recruiting and consulting company Contauro AG conducted the training. Since 2007 he has been successfully supporting many national and international companies in recruiting qualified IT and finance experts for temporary project assignments or permanent positions. Vincenzo Picone has been using LinkedIn as a recruiting tool for years and gave us a lot of interesting information and experience during the debt period. General key figures and user behavior were analyzed, the creation of a company profile was discussed, the design of posts (images, videos, documents) was shown, useful tools were presented and various tips and tricks were discussed.
