I relieve my customers in HRM matters through individual and goal-oriented services specifically geared to customer needs, and I assist them as a structural organizer.

This piece of wisdom has been with me since my youth. Early on I felt pulled to venture into the world to learn more about foreign cultures. Enriched by my long-time activities abroad and equipped with strong intercultural competence coupled with specific advanced trainings in HRM, I fruitfully applied my experience and competencies for 15 years an international enterprise listed on the stock exchange. As their HR project manager and Head of Human Resources I acquired sound operative and strategic HR skills. I was responsible for various restructuring, integration and change projects as well as for management development activities. As a project manager and line executive I worked both at home and abroad (Switzerland, Europe, Asia). Thanks to my 20 years of experience in HR, I possess tried and tested knowledge in the facilitation of multicultural teams, in team development, support of multicultural change processes, career guidance and personnel recruitment.

As an expert examiner with HR Suisse in the areas of international HRM, communication and leadership, presentation/expert discussion and mini-cases, and as a principal lecturer for HR development, marketing and international HR development, I enjoy passing on my expert knowledge. This commitment allows enterprises to count on professional HR experts in Switzerland.
