ARE YOU READY FOR THE FUTURE OF WORK?

DO YOU BELEIVE THAT AGILITY IS MORE THAN A BUZZWORD, MORE THAN A SCRUM AND ARE OPEN TO EXPLORE NEW WAYS OF THINKING AND DOING?

The key factors that impact the future of work are technology (AI and robotics) and changing demographics. These and other challenges require us to become more agile in the ways we work, lead, learn and relax.

In this workshop we will explore trends in the future of work and skills required.

We will provide an overview of what it means to be truly agile as a company and as an individual.

We will practice some design thinking techniques to our own work challenges and learn how neuroscience can help us cope as individuals.
