• HRSZ members act in a fair and honest manner and apply ethical behaviour when working with colleagues, clients and applicants.
• HRSZ members ensure that their work is in compliance with Swiss legal statutory requirements.
• Head of HRSZ member companies are responsible for high educational and quality standards of their employees.
• Resumes of applicants are not presented to clients without the consent of the applicant and prior clarification with the hiring company/client.
• HRSZ members do not publicize (print or on-line) large ads for management/specialist positions without the consent of the hiring company/client.

• Members of HRSZ recommend each other in order to offer the best possible service to clients.
• HRSZ members have the duty to inform each other upon request about candidates, companies and colleagues in the HR industry.
